The mod doesn't just come with a striaght forward questline, it adds a variety of enemies from the Silent Hill universe and take the world of Fallout 4 and turn it into Silent Hill by adding its fog, adding new music, and a special event that can occur at night time exclusively, but I'll let yoy figure that out yourself. If you don't own Fallout 4 but really want a new Silent Hill experience I highly recommend getting the game just for this mod alone, it's easy to install on consoles since I play on Xbox and have been aware of this mod for almost a year now and it's still getting updated frequently to release their Episode based questline.
